Sabbatical Report— (D. Guenter)

Dr. Guenter gave a great presentation highlighting aspects of his sabbatical — complete with candles, an airplane model and lots of wonderful pictures!   
 
Dale shared some thoughts he had explored while on sabbatical and discussed how he would like to have conversations about the kinds of work the faculty do.  He would like to look at how physicians take care of themselves and noted that physicians do better work with others when having compassion for ourselves. He suggested beginning to explore new ways for the faculty look at themselves and
their work.
