ROOM BOOKINGS PROCEDURE
STONE CHURCH FAMILY HEALTH CENTRE
NOTE THAT ALL OF THE EDUCATION ROOMS WILL BE LOCKED UNLESS IN USE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ROOM F. ONCE A ROOM IS BOOKED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOM, OR A/V EQUIPMENT, PLEASE REPORT IT HERE
Stonechurch Clinic Training Rooms B & C
THE EXISTING MEETING ROOMS (belonging to the clinic) will be booked by Wendy Milburn via this form.
Education Training Rooms D, E, F, G, H
The 5 new education rooms will be booked via the gmail account (which this form submits to). This will be checked once a day. The only exception to this rule is if a Stonechurch staff or faculty member requires a room with less than a weeks notice, in which case you should contact Wendy Milburn directly. THE ROOM(S) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED BOOKED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Use of AV and Video Conferencing Equipment
If AV equipment is required please make arrangements prior to the day of your meeting as the clinic does not have these available.
There are a couple of sets of LCDs/Laptops available at Stonechurch that can be used in the smaller meeting rooms. If you are going to need this additional av, please indicate this on your Education Room Booking Form. You will be sent further instructions via email.
If you require Video Conferencing, please indicate this on your request form. You will be contacted for more information. Please note that video conferencing must be booked with a minimum of 1 weeks notice.
Usage of Stone Church Meeting/Education Rooms
You are required to do your own set up and clean up. Please make sure that tables are clean, coffee pots are turned off, there is no food left lying around, dishes are clean and lights are turned off.
If you change the standard set up of the room, you are required to move all furniture back.
Please note that the person who books the room is responsible for ensuring that all guidelines are followed, if not, they will lose their booking privileges.
Stonechurch Hours of Operation
Our Stonechurch Clinic location hours of operation are 8:00am to 6:00pm. Unless a special request is submitted and approved prior to your meeting it is expected that you and your participants will not start prior to 8:00am and will complete your meeting by 6:00pm. We will try to accommodate special requests but we can not guarantee approval for hours before or after our hours of operation.
