If you are using one of the desktop PCs managed by the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University you can request help from the IT team in the following ways.

1. On-site support

Stonechurch Family Health Centre
Call Ext. 304. If no answer, please refer to section 2 and 3 below.

McMaster Family Practice
Call Ext. 73147. If no answer please refer to section 2 and 3 below.

McMaster Innovation Park and Other Locations
Call the IT help desk at (905) 525-9140 ext. 28513.

2. In case of Emergency (this applies only from 9am to 5pm on weekdays)

General IT inquiries and OSCAR inquiries: call the IT help desk at (905) 525-9140 ext. 28513.

3 . Electronic Request Forms:
